Buy Atkins Shakes
Atkins shakes all have a smooth, creamy consistency that makes them excellent on their own or as supplements to other drinks such as tea and coffee. Shakes are available in several delicious flavors. Familiar shake flavors include chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, but Atkins also offers others such as creamy caramel, dark chocolate royale and chocolate banana.

Atkins shakes are usually sold in four-packs, costing $7-$15. However, some retailers bundle several packs together, so if you make a bulk purchase, you can expect to pay $15-$25 for a pack of 12 or 16.
The Atkins diet is a popular low carbohydrate diet that promotes healthy eating and weight loss. This meal plan has evolved so that Atkins isn't just a single diet, but various diet plans that include products that can be tailored to each individual's dietary goals and needs. Atkins sells frozen foods, meal kits, snacks and shakes filled with nutrients that can contribute to a healthy, balanced diet.
Atkins sells a variety of products that are low-carb-diet friendly. The company markets several frozen foods, meals kits, protein shakes and snack bars. Some of the products overlap. For instance, you can buy Atkins drinks as regular shakes, protein and fiber shakes, or sold within packaged meal plans.
Even when you drink a shake as a meal replacement, the Atkins diet does not consider shakes your only source of nutrition. Instead, Atkins believes that shakes and bars alongside balanced whole-food meals can help you achieve your dietary goals. Several research studies have confirmed this; a 2014 study in the Journal of Biomed Central Woman's Health and a 2018 study in the Journal of Obesity Surgery showed that liquid meal replacement products can help people lose weight and adhere to their diet's rules. Although you can drink protein-rich Atkins Plus shakes as a meal replacement for a short amount of time, always consult your doctor before starting a new diet or using meal replacements long-term.
Can you purchase atkins bars/shakes on EBT? (I'm in TX if that helps) I've read some things that say yes, and some that say no. Technically they are considered "meals" so I would assume yes, since it says on USDA that only supplements and vitamins aren't allowed..but still not sure. Thanks!
i am super late to this, but yes, you can. you can get the drinks, the snacks and the frozen meals. you can also get other diet aids. there is one new kind of protein shake (can't remember the name) that isn't covered by EBT in TX, but atkins definitely is. (and so is redbull, monster, etc. (in TX))
Atkins has many variants apart from the shakes, in the form of Atkins Treats, Atkins Bars, Atkins Frozen food, and Atkins Snacks. The majority of them are found to aid a ketogenic diet, and a few are not friendly, and the consumption of those should be limited enough.
As seen above, Atkins shakes are keto-friendly, consuming a few variants can be done after adjusting the quantity served. One has to watch out for the maximum calories allowed in the keto diet and if there is any space left can go for a second serving.
I recently saw Atkins shakes in the store said they had improved flavors, so I read a label and found the new shakes contain soy. Bummer! I mentioned this to Atkins on Facebook (who confirmed all the shakes would have soy) and was encouraged to contact Atkins, so this is what I wrote:
My objection to your new shakes has nothing to do with the flavor. I have thyroid disease, which prohibits me (and many others) from consuming soy. As long as your shakes contain soy, I will not be trying any of them (or other soy-containing products), no matter how they taste. 041b061a72
